ECT has an extensive list of potential buyers who are always looking for their next great find! We coordinate, set-up, facilitate, and host Content Sales (when appropriate) to assist you with converting your beautiful treasures into cash. ECT does not take a commission of the sale proceeds.

With over 300 people on our buyers list, we can make the clear-out process fairly efficient and even profitable for you. As part of our clear-out process, prior to the final clear-out, we put forth maximum efforts to sell as much of your unwanted items as possible (this includes working with Consignment Stores as well, to which we will deliver your items if approved by the store). What doesn't sell, we donate to appropriate charitable organizations and arrange for a tax donation receipt for you whenever possible.

Finally, once we've sold everything we can for you, we clear-out the rest, donate what we can, and dispose of the remaining bits that are not accepted at donation.

During our free in-home consultation, we can advise as to whether it's best to conduct a full open to the public Content Sale or just a private Sale with a few buyers who we will have vetted prior to arranging for the purchase of any of your goods. We will manage and coordinate all sales, so that you do not have to be involved at all. We take care of all the details.
